PRODUCT RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please call
(630-479-1575) or email us to request return merchandise
authorization number (RMA Number). Please explain the
reason for you return and we will contact you to inform
you with how to proceed and provide you with the return
shipping address.
For a prompt exchange or refund be sure to keep a copy
of your invoice. You must return the product within 30
days of receipt of your order, you may return any
merchandise item in new condition, with its original
packaging and any accessories in tact, for a refund,
excluding shipping & handling charges (we do not refund
any shipping charges for any reason). Items are also
subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Items that are
opened, used, not in original packaging or otherwise not
in new, saleable condition cannot be returned.
No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise
authorization number (RMA Number). Customers will not be
issued a refund for any merchandise that is returned
without a RMA number.
All Scopes that have been mounted in
rings are not returnable and must be shipped to
Manufacture for repair. Please inspect scopes closely
before mounting ring marks on the scope is used and not
in saleable condition.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase
within 30 business days of our receiving your returned
item.
